  • All orders except items on sale and earrings can be returned/exchanged for a full refund except of shipping expenses, within 30 days.
  • Customer is obliged to open and check the received item(s) on the spot. In case of damage or defect, the customer can refuse to place the order and request the return of the order. Otherwise claim is not accepted.
  • Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being. Customer is obliged to contact etnou.usa@gmail.com if any other nonvisible damage appears for the subject of discuss.
  • Purchased *damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
  • Sale, open or used items are non-refundable.
  • After an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received.
  • Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%, if the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement.
  • Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time.

Add a note with your order number and state the reason for return;

Ship the item(s) back within the next three business days.

Seal the package.

RETURNS WITHOUT LABEL

You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records.  Etnou is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-track able carrier.

CANCELATION

If you have placed an order within 5 hours you may request a cancelation for a full refund.
